When you are pressing the button, the screen remains dark but you can feel a vibration.
- Synchronize your Octopus Watch with the Octopus app
If your screen remains black:
- Reboot your Octopus Watch by pressing the button for 30 seconds.The watch’s screen should display an Octopus, then the battery level.
If the problem persists, please try one more thing:
- Plug the Octopus Watch to its power source and wait few minutes
- Un-plug then replug it to trigger the bluetooth connection, and try the synchronization with the Octopus Watch.
If none of these solutions work, please open a new ticket and attach a video of the watch being plugged on its cable and then pressing the button.
