All the icons have disappeared from your Octopus Watch app.


Octopus Watch app: no icons are displayed


Update your Octopus Watch app

  1. Verify that you have the latest version of the app on the AppStore or on the PlayStore. This bug has been fixed in the version 1.8.262.
  2. Update the Octopus Watch app if needed.


Log out, and log in again

  1. Log out from the Octopus Watch app
  2. Kill the Octopus Watch app
  3. Log in again

This should trigger a reload of the app data, and solve this issue. If your view hasn't been fixed, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, and log in.
